Volunteerism = Marxism, aka, if you don't get paid, you're a commie.
Oh Glenn Beck, where do I begin with this one?
Militias.
Fire Departments.
State Parks.
9/11/2001
Volunteer border control.
The Volunteer Security Guard Association of America
The Fox News sponsored tea party protests?
If I'm understanding you correctly, all of these fine Americans are actually communists? The brave men and women who came out after the twin towers fell and dug through the wreckage to save any possible survivors? Volunteer fire fighters, who step in when there's not enough funding to provide adequate coverage for a jurisdiction? People who volunteer at state parks and wildlife preserves to provide a clean place for animals to live and people to visit? The volunteer border patrol along the Mexico/US border?
I wonder how these people would feel, with you insulting what they're doing.
How many people got paid at the Tea Parties you, and the rest of Fox News promoted? How many people showed up, protested, and got a paycheck? I highly doubt that *anyone* did, except maybe a few speakers. Does that make the tea parties communist?
In fact, Bill O'Reilly supports volunteerism, there's no way that a fine, reliable, balanced news source such as Fox News would promote communism, am I right?
Stick with me now, in 1970, the Federal Experimental Housing Allowance Program was created as a result of the Housing and Urban Development Act. Well, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, more commonly known as HUD, uses volunteer help! HUD is full of communists! And who had passed this act in 1970? Why none other than the great American president, Mr. Richard M. Nixon, Communist (by your standards)
Other great communists(volunteers):
George Washington
Laura Bush
George W. Bush helped promote volunteerism
Mr. Beck, quit misleading the masses. Use your brain, think about stuff before you go bashing everything on a nationally aired television program. And quit being a douche.

Republican: The New Communist?
Glenn Beck had brought up this specific image during a recent show. He claims that this is an image showing a child leading a nation (man on chariot). The wheels represent industry, and the man represents the most powerful man in the nation, holding back the reins on industry. The man? Allegedly, it's Mussolini.Glenn then started to compare Mussolini to President Obama, however, he never once stopped to look at the period between 2000 and 2008.
Maybe this image isn't so much a child leading industry, but maybe this image is showing a dictator possibly refusing to... leave a child behind?
Perhaps it's not a leader holding back industry because he's being lead by a child, maybe he's holding back the entire country for other reasons? Maybe he has decided that they didn't need to advance. That the technology could exist to move civilization forward, but they're more worried about the children just getting by, not actually developing any new technology.
Who decided that we just need to continue drilling for oil rather than invest in new technologies?
Who decided to cut stem cell research even though there were ways of harvesting them that didn't involve abortion?
Who decided to slow down industry for personal gain?
Those with ears will not hear, those with eyes will not see. Those without intelligence will get a show on Fox News.

September 2, 2009 - Propaganda
During the show today on Fox News, Glenn Beck had mentioned how Obama and the White House are "using" artists to help promote their agenda. He called this propaganda, and then compared their tactics to the former Soviet Union, as well as Marxist Italy. While I understand his examples; he's failing to account for any Republican made, Right Wing propaganda over the years. Just a quick google for "9/11 Propaganda" or "Operation Iraqi Freedom Propaganda" or, say, "Vietnam War Propaganda" will very quickly yield thousands of results of Pro-War images, slamming the liberal left.
How is Obama's plan any different?
We're not killing anyone.
I'm not here to change minds, just to open eyes.
